Role Summary
This is a fully remote position. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a passion for mobile solutions, a proven track record of supporting large enterprises, and a commitment to ensuring customer success.

Role Responsibilities
As the MDM Architect, you will play a crucial role in serving as a liaison with customers.

  • Facilitating integration processes with our customers.

  • Establishing a feedback loop between external customers and streamlining communication with product owners.

  • Coordinating releases, including new features in our app suite and those of our partners.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner teams.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Mobile Ecosystem Support.

  • Extensive experience with Apple products, including MDM, ABM, and App review.

  • Background in network and software engineering.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.

  • Proficient in software and infrastructure troubleshooting.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from C Suite to ICs.

  • Hyper focused on ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Additional Skills

  • Project management experience, particularly in delivering complex projects.

  • Familiarity with MDM platforms such as JAMF, Ivanti, and InTune.

  • Goal-driven and results-oriented mindset.

  • Quality assurance (QA) experience.
